For all of us there are times when we have a bit more to cover than our foundation will handles. A blemish, a dark spot, dark circles under the eyes. That’s when a good concealer comes in handy. Foundation is perfect for evening out skin tone and providing overall skin coverage. For those touch up spots a concealer is the answer.

There are a wide variety of concealers on the market. Some concealers are too pink, too dry, too hard to apply. Finding one that does the job for you may take some experimentation.
How to apply your concealer

1. Match your concealer to your skin tone, be sure it is no more than one shade lighter for the best results

2. For the best and most natural coverage apply your foundation first, then apply your concealer to the flaw areas and retouch foundation if needed.

3. Apply lightly, and add more as needed. Be sure it doesn’t look caked and and unnatural. Blend thouroughly.

4. If you have dry skin apply a light moisturizer prior to applying foundation and concealer.

5. Concealer is best applied with a small brush by dabbing. For around the eyes you can use your fingers.
Concealer Product Review

1. Cle de Peau Beaute is a stick concealer, which works terrific on dark circles. It’s perfect for removing dark circles and eliminates dark spots. A little dab goes a long way and it lasts all day. It doesn’t cake.

2. Dermablend Blemish Concealer is a stick concealer that works great on acne cover up. It doesn’t run or become oily and it doesn’t turn orange.

3. Max Factor Erace Concealer is a stick concealer that is both inexpensive and effective. It’s sheer enough for use around the eyes, yet substantial enough to hide imperfections on other parts of the face.

4. Crhistian Dior Anti Fatigue Concealer is a liquid concealer with a sponge applicator. Works great on eye circles, blemishes, and fades fine lines. It does not cake.

5. Iman Concealer is a liquid concealer with sponge applicator. It provides medium coverage. Works great on eye circles and small imperfections.

6. L’Oreal Visible Lift Line Minimizing Concealer is a tube cream concealer. Provides light to medium coverage and works well with yellow undertones. Doesn’t cake and lasts all day.

Of course there are plenty of other great products on the market but these were our top picks.

The skin is your bodys largest organ and there are approximately 19 million skin cells on every square inch of skin. More than half of women today have sensitive skin, which is easily irritated or reactive in a variety of situations. Skincare for sensitive skin helps your skin look its best during every season and all conditions.

First of all, you know you have sensitive skin if it is dry, delicate, easily damaged or irritated, has reduced tolerance to weather conditions and is subject to allergic reactions. Sometimes your skin may feel tight or tingly, reacts to physical stress such as shaving and appears red or irritated.

Skincare for sensitive skin requires using gentle cleansers and moisturizers that are free of perfumes, heavy oils and additives. Other precautions are to watch your intake of alcohol and rich or spicy foods, avoid extreme temperature changes and manage personal stress. All of these factors can take an unfortunate toll on the appearance of your skin.

Autumn is a season where we are all still outdoors and doing yard work, even though the weather is getting colder. Taking special care of sensitive skin is a must during this rather harsh season. Although the sun seems less intense, use a sunscreen all year round to protect your skin from the harmful UV rays that can be equally strong during other seasons.

If you are gardening, use gloves to protect the skin on your hands. As the cold weather comes in, our skin already loses essential moisture and gloves protect your hands from dryness, blistering and cracking.

Although the weather requires heaving clothing, beware of synthetic fabrics that do not breathe or clothing that is too tight and binding. Choose clothing that fits well with room to move around and that is made of natural fabrics that breathe, such as cotton or silk. Wool can also be a good choice unless you find it personally irritating to your skin. Also, make sure to remove those bothersome tags inside your clothes that can cause chafing on your skin.

Wearing a hat is an important way to protect your hair and skin from sun damage while keeping your head warm in the colder weather.

Although the insects are less prevalent and annoying in the fall, they still exist. The ability to wear long sleeves and trousers does help to keep them away. However, you can also spray your clothing with insect repellent to drive the bugs away without putting a potential irritant directly on your skin.

With a little extra skincare for your sensitive skin, you will glow and look healthy during any season of the year.br
It is totally a frantic experience knowing that many people ask for such a problematical question. And somehow it is not an easy question to be answered dealing with the hard situation of troubled faces with acnes very hard. The case of acne is not only occasionally correlated with the matter of how to be surviving our faces from it, but also the people suffering from it can be experiencing a social difficulty when meeting with other people.

A very classical problematic thing may happen surround the case of this acne matter…

Mostly young people are very in a deep worry seeing there is a blemish or little acne appearing from any side of their faces. They have already started to see how they can develop to be more socializing with others and they need more attention to be filled. And one of the problems can disturb the way they look is acne.

Some are very neglecting this acne matter. Unconsciously they developed a totally warped social personality and shied away from any social interaction. The acne left terrible facial scars which necessitated them to grow a beard, which they now still wears, to compensate for their skin.

Parents sometimes forget the social impact that such a skin condition can have on their children and their social development, and although some conservative people may be of the opinion that only girls (young woman) need to look at their skin and sort out skin problems like acne and pimples, this is a shortsighted and unintelligent way of handling the problem when a boy (young man)is easily affected.

It is sometimes normally happening as a daily sample. But anyway enough to let this problem stay for a longer period. Acne problem is not definitely a domination of female problem but also a male one. When this matter is ignore, then more problems will go on emerging soon.

Then let s just make every of them comfortable with the way of the habit of their cleansing, and start to live in a very healthy way. Start to tell them that there is not something wrong to visit a dermatologist if the problem of acne occurs worse than what it is seen. And there is completely nothing wrong if any boy or girl or the mature ones start to have a serious treatment for acne before it goes worse dealing with the type of the life style.

To treat it gradually seems much better than to let it stay too long in your face then.br
