I will never forget how people were treated at school if they have suffered from acne. It's just unbelievable to me how much cruelty can be caused by children of all things. Green Tea – You may have heard this before. Green tea is becoming more and more popular and is now being recognized as an excellent antioxident. This works like a charm to help detox your body. Put the drink down and make this your favorite drink. Some think it's great without sugar. Personally, I like tea at all. Hot, cold, with or without sugar, but I found that quenches thirst better than I drink it without sugar. I suggest you moderate your sugar intake. Try honey, another fantastic Antioxidant instead.
